WHY CAN'T I ORDER BY DIRECT DEBIT FROM YOU ANYMORE?

We want to be open about this: Nowadays, only about 5% of customers use direct debit as a payment method, but more than 50% of them either bounce the direct debit after receiving the goods or provide incorrect bank details from the beginning. Unfortunately, these people cause us significant costs. Therefore, we have decided not to offer the direct debit payment method in our shop anymore. However, you can still pay by direct debit through PayPal and Amazon Payment.


HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship with DHL.


CAN I PROVIDE A PACKSTATION AS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

No problem, instead of a delivery address you can specify a DHL Packstation!


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS TO GERMANY?

Within Germany, our shipping costs are €6.90 for orders up to €100. If the order value exceeds €100, we do not charge shipping costs. If you are ordering from abroad, you can check the exact shipping costs here.


I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER AND HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM YOU YET?

You will receive at least one order confirmation email from us, a message when we start processing your order, and usually a shipping notification. If you don't receive the emails, it's likely that your spam filter is to blame, so please check there! If you can't find them, please write us an email with the first and last name of the invoice recipient at info@3dsupply.de, and we can quickly identify you and assist you.


HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

We have measured every textile item for you. You can find the exact dimensions on the product detail page, above the size selection box. If you click on the small blue text link "Size Chart" there, you can easily compare the respective dimensions with your favorite shirt at home and determine the perfect size for you! Please note that there may be deviations of 1-2 cm in textiles.


HOW LONG ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Normally, we ship available items within 1-3 working days.
If we don't have the goods in stock, the process usually takes no more than a week. If it still hasn't arrived by then, please send an email, and we will clarify the situation. Please note that with advance payment, we will only start processing the order once the money has been received in our account. At that time, you will also receive an email from us! Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions, so if it's urgent, please choose a different payment method.
ATTENTION! According to DHL, deliveries to Switzerland can sometimes take up to 14 working days. If it hasn't arrived after 14 working days, we will initiate investigations for you.


MY ORDERED PRODUCT IS MISSING THE AUTOGRAPH CARD, WHAT CAN I DO?

As long as the note stating that there is an autograph card with the order is still visible in the shop while you are ordering, you will definitely receive an autograph card. In this case, please write a short email to info@3dsupply.de with your order details (at least the order number), and we will make sure to send you the card quickly. If you cannot find any mention of an autograph card in your order confirmation or in the shop, it means the cards are sold out.


IS MY DELIVERY ON ITS WAY?

Once we hand over the goods to DHL, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking ID of your package. You can then conveniently check online where your shipment is.


WHY CAN'T I ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE?

Although we carefully test and constantly update our shop for compatibility with all common browsers, there may be situations where something goes wrong during the ordering process, and you are unable to complete it or your order does not reach us. If everything goes smoothly, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email in any case. To ensure that your order reaches us, the rule of thumb is to accept cookies from 3dsupply, as well as session cookies and SSL encryption. If it still doesn't work, please send an email to info@3dsupply.de!

You can simply return the goods to us within 14 days. More detailed information can be found in our terms and conditions under section §4.

Please send the item back to us and include a note with your details and the request for exchange or a filled-out return form with the return shipment.
Once the shipment arrives with us, the process will be handled, and you will be notified by email.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the new shipping costs.

Please note that we only accept unwashed, unworn, and clean textiles!

CAN I RETURN THE PACKAGE WITH UNPAID POSTAGE?

Please do not send us any packages with unpaid postage, as this will only incur additional costs. If you are unsure about how to return an item, simply send us an email.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FROM ABROAD?

You can find the shipping costs at the following link: Shipping Costs Process: We will process the order once we see the money in our account. The bank fees must be covered by you. Orders will only be fulfilled after receiving full payment. Please indicate the name under which you placed the order and your order number as the transfer subject.

ATTENTION! For payments from Switzerland, additional costs may arise, so please inquire carefully with your bank. (See below)
ATTENTION! Another special case for Swiss customers: You do not pay value-added tax (VAT) with us. But don't rejoice too soon. The money will be due upon entry into your country, i.e., the tax that you don't have to transfer to us will be collected by the postman or the post office from you.
During the ordering process, our shop will still display the German VAT, as it does not yet know that you are from Switzerland. The order confirmation should then show the amount without the tax.
If you have your order delivered to Germany and then export it to Switzerland, German VAT will be due! Unfortunately, a subsequent refund of the German VAT is not possible!


WHY DO YOU CLAIM THAT I HAVEN'T PAID THE FULL AMOUNT? THAT'S FRAUD!

Unfortunately, when making payments from Switzerland, it often happens that the full amount does not reach us. The initiating bank, the receiving bank, and even any banks in between can theoretically deduct fees from the transfer, which then go missing in the end. We cannot change or influence this, and we also do not know the exact amount of these fees.

Therefore, we advise against cash payments at the post office counter! We recommend sending the payment via SEPA transfer, as the fees are much lower and known in advance. Additionally, the transfer will arrive faster!

If paying at the post office counter is the only option you have for making a transfer, please check the "Our Cost" box on the transfer form. By doing so, you declare that you will fully cover the transfer fees, and the full amount will reach us.
Otherwise, we will have to ask you for a second transfer for the remaining amount, which will only cost you more time, nerves, and money!
